PEOPLE.. PURPOSE.. PASSION..

Support this new opportunity for women in Randolph County! This conference is designed to have a full day of networking, education, and inspiration created to inspire and energize women in the business community. This one-day conference will  provide an opportunity for women to connect, discuss, and be empowered. We are excited to have Rebekah D. Mathis-Stump as our speaker for this conference!

Becky joined Ethos in 2009 after leading the daily operations of five distinct work teams over a ten-year period. An analyst and solution-generator by nature, she works with clients to identify their needs and develops a plan of action to reach their desired results. Having worked in numerous disciplines in her career, Becky is a generalist who brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to our clients. Becky particularly enjoys working with clients on organizational audits, strategic planning, employee training, and governance.

CONFERENCE TOPICS:

When Generations Collide
Individuals are shaped by the events that took place as they were coming of age. "When Generations Collide" addresses the history and values of each generation, with an emphasis on communicating with and motivating individuals within those generations.

Emotional Intelligence: The Key to Success

Our ability to connect with others and make decisions using multi-level awareness is critical to our success as leaders. "Emotional Intelligence: The Key to Success" uses a basic personality inventory to set the stage for self-awareness about how we present ourselves to others, and enhances our ability to understand and motivate others.

Mastering Conflict
Most of us encounter conflicts on a daily basis. While some ignore conflict, others embrace (and perhaps even stir) it. "Mastering Conflict" addresses the reasons conflicts arise, and analyzes numerous approaches to conflict resolution.
