THE LEADERSHIP WORKOUT!
Session 1: How Leaders Relate
Our world's best leaders know that when stripped to its most basic element, leadership is simply influence. Who/what influenced you to become the leader you are today? How are you using your influence with others? Would you like to be more intentional about being a positive influencer? If so, you'll enjoy this opportunity to explore topics such as being relational, addressing difficult conversations, and creating culture.
Session 2: How Leaders Communicate
When asked for characteristics of strong leaders, many will point to an individual's ability to speak passionately and persuasively. While many leaders certainly exhibit those skills, there's an overlooked skill set that is equally critical in leadership - listening! In this session, we'll start with a simple listening exercise, and move to more advanced topics such as the art of asking positive questions, redirecting negativity, and conducting investigations.
Session 3: How Leaders Think
We all have our go-to patterns of thought when we face a decision, and on the really tough calls, we often wonder if our decision process addressed every important factor (hello, sleepless nights!). If you are interested in ensuring your key decisions (e.g., budget, projects, hiring, etc.) are grounded in a solid process, then you'll enjoy this opportunity to explore how great leaders think about and make tough calls. You might even find your sleep is more restful!
